Delay in passport and no status on line

I am very sorry to say that i am very dissatisfied by the nature of

service being provided by the regional passport cell Bhopal. I posted

my duly fulfilled passport application at the District passport cell

Hoshangabad which comes under the passport office Bhopal on 5th

september. I was told that my application for passport (File ref

No BPL-Z26036009) was despached to passport office bhopal on 9th

september.

The greatest problem is that its now almost a month and there is no

confirm status of my application with the passport office. The district

passport cell officer told me that it will take 2-3 weeks for the

application to be loaded on the data of passport office bhopal from

the date of dispatch but even till now i cant find my status.

One more thing Sir i am trying to call the passport office enquiry

daesk on the landline number given on the bhopal passport office

website, but nobody picks it up, i am trying the number from last one

week. It comes busy but when i call it is never picked.even i saw

commets of people writing on internet of the same problem that nobody

picks the phone of inquiry desk of passport office bhopal. I am writing
