Leaking Roof in Qtr no.- 468, Sector-4, R.K.Puram

Complaint no. 694642 Dtd- 3/9, thereafter changed no- 1076875 Dated 22/11, & again new no. given 1526167 Dated 30/3.

Since last rainy days I have been complaining about roof leaking, because of which my toilet light got fused. Water pours through the light point continuously when it rains or tank overflows. My toilet was without light for about six months last year. Even the light got rectified after a long exercise from our end.

In the context of roof leaking we have made several complaints even met the J.E. several times & spoke to the Ex-En but till now no action has been taken. Kindly look into the matter urgently & take necessary action to avoid any mishaps from electricity during the coming rainy days. May I request any officer to come & see under which condition we are living.
