Cradit Cadr Payment

I am using ICICI Bank's Cradit Card since last 2 years. I have closed my cradit cadr on April. And I had clearly told that I want to clear my due payment of my Card on one short. But no one is came back from your side. Suuundely I have received one notice from your Bank. On my card there are some charges of ICICI Lombard. But I had colsed the account on that time only (After receive one month statement). On that Time My outstanding is near by Rs.9000/- only. And today that amount is Near by Rs.38000/-. And now they have SEAZmy salary account. so that I can't wadral any amount from my account. so please help from this problem.
