Enquiry against PNB Bank

Respected Sir,

my A/C No. is 4053000100042795 & complaint no. is 6476712 .

On 9'th March I have withdraw Rs.2200/- but, the ATM machine was unable to to withdraw the money instead of that i received a statement receipt in which this was written that the amount is debitted from my account without receiving the money. This is a case of Ajmeri gate PNB ATM New Delhi Railway station. I have complaint so many times to customer care of PNB, But every time they told You will get your debitted amount after 3 or 5 days but, whenever I checked I was disaappointed too much. What I have to do in this type of situation. PNB Customer care department persons every time told that it will take only 15 to 20 working days but, they have taken about 3 months. I will be highly obliged to you if you will take a serious action regarding this Problem because I am not the only person facing this type of problem.
