Have paid money for Web site But no response from company

Dear Sir,

I booked a domain name and site under the Yahoo India Small Business plan. A cheque of Rs 2205 drawn on the Citizen Cooperative Bank, Noida No 116998 was handed over to the territorial manager Shekhar Pundhir on 27.4.2009. I was told that the site would be made available within 10 days.

After almost fifteen days and after I had not response from either the company or Shekhar I rang the Territorial Manager to be assured that he would come personally and help in accessing the account. That was fifteen days ago. I have been calling Shekhar on his mobile No 9990092676. He no longer responds nor picks up the phone.

When I rang up the office Info NetworkManagement Company Private Limited, 12 Ground Floor, Pocket E1 Sector 7, Delhi was informed that Shekhar was no longer in their employment. I was assured that a technician would visit me positively on the same day. That was almost five days age.

Today I rang up the office again and the message I received was that the phone number was no longer in operation. The same is the response from another number 64640138 connected in their office at 102-103-104 22 Padma Towers 11, Rajendra Place. Even emails send to their address ysbdelhi@yahoo.in does not get any response.
