Mis behave and poor service

I gave my car no. DL4CAE-1000 maruti swift for service to D.D.motors wazirpur depot, on 26 april for workshop and servicing, they called to pick the car on 30th april at 9.30pm, when i reached there, they were not able to locate my key, then next morning, they told me that the key has been lost, by the mean time iwas treated very rudely and misbehaved by the staff, then i went to manager Mr.ashok, he told me that we will change whole lock system of car. but till now they have not done anything and they have returned my car today and asked me to come after 4 days.and they have treated me like anything, and from last 14days i have been travelling in taxis. please do the justice to me
