Creative Lights Teynampet Chennai customer treatment

Our flat was close to handover and we had dropped in to Creative Lights on Teynampet for a quick check on what was available. When we stepped in there were other customers but were told it was closing time at 7pm. We said it was for a quick look and we could come back another day for a detailed look. This is how the conversation goes:

(I just clicked a picture on my phone of a light that I liked)

Proprietor -"Madam, no photography allowed and I need you to delete the one you have taken" (which I did right there. We had been to Classic Lights, MS Lites where no one stopped us from clicking photos of the pieces we liked)

Me-"Oh, but how do I show what I like to my interior designer? "

Proprietor-"You will have to bring him to the store"

Me- "The guy comes in late evenings for the design meetings! "

Proprietor -"That your problem, not mine! "

At this point we just exited the store. I would like to respond here that "You just lost a customer and that s your problem not mine! "
