Improper Engine Setting

Dear Sir

This is a problem that i am facing since last 10 months. I have given my bike for servicing at Creative Motors Andheri east Mumbai. They were supposed to change some of the major parts of the engine like piston, chain etc. this is considered to be a very skilled job. But after 3-4 months of this job again my engine started knocking.

when I visited them and discussed the, they signed on my previous bills and told me to change the oil and ride the bike for one month. the head of the service station assured me that if the knocking does not subsides in one month they will help me as the warrenty period for such work is 6 months.

after one month when I visited the creative motors again. he simply refused to acknowledge the problem.

Sir, I have spent aroung 6000-7000 Rs. on this job and still facing this problem. my daily travel with bike is around 50 kms. I need the help of your department in order to get the juistice against them. all i want is repairing my engine and nothing else.
