Website doesnot opens on airtel ISP

Our website do not open on Airtel ISP.

Even after complaining many times, we received no response.

Then after giving a written application, reason they give is if server is in UK or USA, website wont open in India.

This is nonsense! Other ISP's like hathway and reliance our websites open very fast.
