For Cancelation for Credit Card

Hi,

I am Singupalli Pandaiah Naidu, I have received a Credit Card for Which I have never applied for, Without my appeptance the Credit Card was sent to my residence address, If any of the Service executives have illegitimately forged my signature on the Credit card application and some false documents, then that is Clear Fraud, or the Documents which were given for some other purpose were used for issuing a credit card, then it is Breach of Contract.

The Card was delivered at my residence, when i was not there, For which right from the first day of delivery of Credit Card, I was trying to call the Call centre and request for Cancellation of Credit Card, as i dont want to pay any charges for the same, either for Issue or Annual fee.

On 18/01, I went to Axis Bank, Gajuwaka, Vizag, and told about this, the bank in which I have a savings account, they gave, Credit card dept # and asked to speak to them.

I Called up Miss. Laxmi in credit card dept, Vizag, at 0891-6455042, and Informed her about the Credit card Issued with out my authorisation, and my intention to cancel the Credit Card, but till now upon contineous followup, there is no update.

Then I called her manager MR. Karthivan, at his mobile # 9885822452, he took my credit Card # but no update on the Cancellation or not.

I called up the Call centre at Hyderabad and Spoke with Mr. RaJesh on 26/02, and give my intetion to Cancel the Credit Card, for which i didn't Apply for and donot want pay any incidental charges for that, He told the request for Cancellation of my Credit Card # 4718-6101-0063-9484, has been Inetiated, and I will be getting a mail (Postal), for confermation, for Cancellation of Credit Card. But till date no update.

Today 04/03, I got the bill for Rs.1685.40, to be paid for Annual fee and Joining Fee. I am not intrested to pay the amount, for which i have not applied and ordered for Cancellation.

Today again, i called Hyderabad Callcenter for Reqest of cancellation of Credit Card.

Request to Cancel the Credit Card with Immediate Effect and wave off the Charges against the Credit Card.

If it still continues the, I am forced to approach Consumer Court for my self protection.
