I have paid Rs 7.400- by way of sbi pay order # 365069 dt 30.01.09 towards adv emi for my card but credit

given only on 5.03.09 n sent a bill asking me to pay interest/default of 550.00. I made several complaints but no result. Pl help the genuine customer who is paying advance emi to u. It takes so much time even to speak to useless customer care centre who cannot act immedlt. Since i am not happy pl cancel my card

n save me unnecessary botheration n time to deal with u. Now ur customer care advises me to pay n get credit next bill. since t donot want to take risk n get another default charges i wish to cancel my card to

feel good myself. Further my card is not swipping due to some problem.

Pl do needful without charging penality for non of my fault. Since due date is 7th of aprilN.kameswararao
