Illing problem, using vulgour words from customer care

I am using this ABN AMRO credit card for last 1 year and i know about my usage and outstanding everything but for last 6 months the customer care peoples r not correctly talking to me using wrong words ok, and then so many times i spoken to the ABN peoples and the higher officers also but no response,
