Incorrect debits

Sir,

I am a barclays card holder My credit card no is 4339483583282654.

T statement for 9/10-oct. 2008 indicates a debit of rs 3304/- of Yatra .com internet txn. This transction was not made by me. a oral report is already made in this regard. the Question of payment therefore does not arise.

Further the intt. and service tax charged is also not liable tobe paid by me as I had already made the payment of all dues of previous statement before due date. except one debit of Rs. 5000/- which was on account of joining the privilage group the reason for that are as under.

1. I was assured the privilage group aocuments voucher etc. within a weeks time but It was mailed to me more than a month late This is breach of contract.

2. the member who joined the group after me was given more liberal choces of places etc.by charging Rs6000/- when I made a request telephonically to allow me too the same package and charge the same amount. I was assured to examine the case but to my utter surprise the vouchers etc. as per old package were mailed to me thus there was double misleading acts.

3. Thinking that

this is the state of affairs before finalisation of agreement and payment What will happen once I make the payment. I therefore feel that I am Cheated only because I am barclays credit card holder hence I do not want to join the privilaged group now. thus the question of making the payment does not arise
