Late payment fee

Dear Sir,

I am holding of credit card No. 4477, 4780, 9394, 4001 of your Bank and I have been paying all instalments of loan forcibly given to me without any my of much use. I have paid Rs.13581/- as per your statement dated 18.10.08. I had received your last months statement for making payment of Rs.636/- by 6.10.08 but due to oversight I could not deposit in time and had deposited on 10.10.08 which was late by 4-5 days for which late payment fee of Rs.400/- has been imposed which is not fair. I am not a regular defaulter. In order to have customer harmonial relationship, I shall be glad if you could make reversals of Rs.400/- as I have paid Rs.636/- monthly regular instalment in time this month. Kindly do me a favour and it should be reversed in the next month's statement please.
