Egarding improper billing

Sir,

I am getting bill of late charges since last four months. Since I received my bill late I could able to pay my exact billing amount without late charges. I tried to solve this problem with your phone exe but nobody bother to solve my problem.

Please look into this matter&wave off my late charges.
