IN the above statement an ammout of Rs 11515 paid to UTHARIKHA CHENNI IN DATED 23-10-08 WAS ENTERED TWICE.

This may be corrected at your end. I can't understand why such thing happen to your bank only. Iam using CITI BANK CARD SINCE LAST 10YEARS, I DID NOT HAVE A SINGLE WRONG ENTRY.In your case it is second time and i got bitter experience with car loan also. Iam requesting you to look into the matter and do necessary corrections to your system, otherwise i have to surrender my card. YOUR 24 HOUR HELP LINE SERVICE ALSO VERY POOR, IT TOOK ONE HOUR TO LODGE A COMLAINT AGAINST THE DESCREPENCY.
