Unjustified charges

Dear sir,

I had taken personal loan & made prepayment vide credit card no.5176370138445006 in statement date of 10/9/08. In next statement again sent outstanding of Rs.1872.76 231.47 (alongwith penalty of Rs.500/- as i have not paid amt in previous month) which is unjustifiable and now recd new outstanding Rs.3447.33vide statement dt.10/11/08.

Please see in the matter and waive the penalty charges which is unjustified.
