Asking amount to pay on the product which is not purchased by me

As my father expiered in october bank has genetated bill on his name in march that he has made purchase from gurgaon and asking 2000 rs. with interest till today as on 29th of november in spite of submmitting all the papers including hid death certificate. and the wrong proof of purchase which is not made by us, which shows someone elses name and credit card no.

After so many requests also they are going on generating bill and asking for money. We went to andheri J.B.Nagar and meet personally to solve but noone is ready to listen and sending us bill every month.

Not giving us any proper answer and harrasing on phone

Please tell us name of higher authority so we can contect them and talk to them, because customer care people not talking to us proprly, not giving us feed bach, and not listing to our problem.
