Two years back, SBI lost my cheque for the payment towards the credit card outstanding. On thier request, a fresh cheq issued, yet SBI debited the intrest and late payment charges.
The matter was brought to the attention of thier VP Customer service Mr kwatra and Mr Ajay Bharti - in a series of commuinications through letters as early as 2006.
Both did nothing and the statements kept pouring in with intest being debited over the intrest.
Telephones by thier staff, in which i stated that to personally meet with relevant data and sort the case out, elicted no response.
Lately i have recieved threatining and abusive calls from Mr Sahil and Mr Naveen from telephone nos 99999300869 and 9811682760.
They have gone to the extent of physical elimnation if charges arent paid.
When advised to meet up personally, to sort oth facts they refused stating and went abusive and threatining again.
They even claimed that they have bribed the police and now they will exhibit muscle power, cause thier commission is at stake.
Also they offered a discount of 50% to settle the case.
Lete examine the fallacies
a. If the amount is genuine why is SBI not claiming in full.
b. Why is SBI not keen on meeting up and resolving the same personally.
This is what SBI is.
Could the readers please advise me on the options avialable.
Is SBI a Bank or is it a Goonda Company.
