One card required details- one card block it due to misplacement

I have sent mail to ur customer center but till now may problems are not solved.

1. Card Number:- 4477473568011006 : In this card Statment is showing Loan amount of Rs. 1, 42, 000 26.9. As per my knowledge i have not taken this loan, If at all you are having any details kindly send us with full details, other wise serious action will taken against you.

2.Card Number:9401270180714003- This card is misplaced kindly block it.

From past one week we are trying for your customer centre.

Kindly solve this problem and send us the feed back at the earliest
