Wrong debite of cheque already paid

Dear sir it extemly disappointed that the major private sector bank like you does so many mistakes, Like I am a icici credit card holder and usualy pay my dues in time, but in last months statement there was a cheque payment reversal amount of Rs. 6502.89 whichis paid by me in the month of july08 (17/7/08) what surprise me the most is the handling by your telebanking officers, they are rude arrogant and unfit for the job. I have been following the same complaint with them since last month but none of them nither reverted the amount nor gave me any sutisfector answer. at last I am force to write you. This is a matter of utter shame that one of the major bank has such a unrprofessional banking officers. I have alredy fax all required information on said nomber. I hope finaly i may get some respite. further i request u to revert my cheque entry and the late payment and finance charges as well. I am a major current account holder in icici bank if the problam will not be sorted out imedeately I may close all my three current a/c with the bank.
