Proomise of delivery -- not done

Hi

i have applied for credit card.

i have got a message from BLUEDART AS WELL AS HDFC BANK that my credit card is on way for delievery my doc no.42846036052. (mesg received on dec).

i have called them both offices but they are responding that it is on way for delivery,

today i was in my home whole day.

till now i have not received it

please do the required action
