Credit card statements

Sir, I am credit card holder No:4477 4685 9267 1007 of your bank. I am not receiving the credit card statements at my residential address for last 4-5 months as a result of which I am not in position to make regular payments. Recently I saw the statement on the net and was surprised to see the extra charges and some faulty payments made to railways. pl correct it immediately under intimation to me.
