It is to complaint that i am a credit card customer of ur company for a period of -yrs .i also received personnel loan in the year2001or 2002.in the year 2007 or 2006 my credit card date was expired and new card was sent to adress .as iam not available at my home courier boy did not give it to me .there after i didnt the card, ok but i am afraid that my card shall not be misutilised.i am getting number of calls from ur bank for personal loans etc stating that u r holding citibank credit card whereas i am not having that card with me now.

hence either send a fresh card or remove my name from ur creditcards members list. if any misutilisation of my card im not responsible and ur bank is sole responsible for that
