I have a credit card of Axis Bank. My Credit Card no is 4718630003022117. I have not used the card for any purpose. I have paid the processing charge of the card. Even after that I have received a bill amounting to Rs. 800/-(Eight hundred only). It is a serious discrepancy from bank. Moreover I would like to surrender my Credit Card as I have not to use it any more.

Please do help me out about the process of surrendering the card at the earliest.
