Payment due though not used the credit card

Respected Sir/Madam,

I am a holder of Credit Card No.:- 4384599985232916

I have not at all used the credit card for any of the transaction. But on 9th Jan'2009 I received an SMS from the bank stating 'Payment due on your card no. ************2916 on 04 Jan is Rs. 2247.20.

When I have not at all used the card then what is this payment for?

Please look into the matter & revert back the amount.
