Non receipt of monthly statement for 02. of Credit Card No. 4477466538937011

I have not received monthly statement for 02 and informed to customer care service, Delhi ten days back. They told that the same has been delivered to some one.

You customer care office has send the duplicate statement which is also not received by me till today i.e. 18/02/09. and next statement is also due today.

It is to be informed that there is no change in my residential address.

You know that the credit card statement is a secret and yourself (ICICI Bank) is paying the courier service charges and the courier is not being delivered to the proper place/person which to be viewed seriously. And no further relaxation to be given to courier agency.
