My name showing in default list

Hello Sir,

My name is AshokKumar. R. I planned to take a housing loan and approached a Nationalised Bank. The Manager over there took a CIBIL report with the details provided me and found my name is having a dispute in Credit Card Payment which was issued during the year 2003. I was studying first year of my college during that time and I never hold any credit card.

Anyhave the Manager agreed and sanctioned me the loan but he suspected this to be an Add on card which my father had used earlier. I don't know how to clear this one from my list. Could you please guide me on removing the same from my name.
