Am I Defaulte

Sir,

I was holding SCB credit card for more than 15 years and also availed Housing Loan from SCB Pune. All Accounts are fully settled. But when I shifted to Kolkata some years ago, I was contacted by SCB and my card was active and wanted to inform my change of address. So I also informed about the details and activated my credit card. But my surprise I was charged for non use of my card and then I purchased Air Ticket and paid in full. Of course part of my payment was cash. Partly by cheque both before due date. I was charged 400 for cash deposit and There was no intimation to this effect. But after a month I got a call in my mobile about the default. I rushed to SCB and paid the money Rs. 400 and requested to close my card. Now I am finding from CIBIL list of ineligible for credit card.

Kindly let me know if I am defaulter. Kindly note last 30 years not even single payment was defaulted by me
