Payment demanded for closed Card

All dues under my Credit Card No. 4076515085164000 was settled as far back as August under full and final settlement granted by you on a one-time basis, total amount involved being Rs.22, 000/-. Please refer to your letter ref. No. 90/006298 dated the June 25, in this regard. While this being so, I have been continuously receiving Credit Card Statements every month from July, which I have been ignoring under the impression that the position will be reviewed by you and corrected. Even this month I have received Statement demanding payment of a total amount due of Rs.2804.99 for closed Credit Card

account. Please go through your records and confirm that no amount is due by me and that no statement will be sent to me hence demanding payment.
