Late payment fees

Dear All,

Im holding ICICI BANK credit card (NO.4477473912903007). Im also an INFOSYS employee having corp. salary a/c. in ICICI. My utliisation of your credit card is enormous and also my payment towards the credit card bill is prompt and regular. unfortunately for two months i have taken just one or two days more in addition to the due date, for that period you have levied Rs.600/- for each month in the bill. Considering my credit payment history and genuine utilisation you can very well reverse the same. Due date is yet to come for this month, for the earlier month i have already paid late payment fees of Rs.600/-. Hence kindly reverse the amounts which i have paid as late payment so far.

Pls acknowledge my complaint and do the needful at the earliest
