I could not pay the outstanding due in my credit cartd due to non employment problem. But I have surrunderd all credit card one year back. Now Banks are asking for settlement which I am unable to do so due non employment. At present I am leaving in bear minimum. I totally bankcrupt. Can you suggest any remedy.
