Harrassment in payment of dues though i do not have any

My Fathers name is Mr. Bodhraj Mehta and he has been given pressuringly the credit card of Standard Chartered in the company Torrent Power in which he was working. Now he is not having any of the dues pending and when asked to clarify the Bank persons are narrating that the dues are of Royal Sundaram Insurance, which my father is telling that he never took up, also there is a lot of harassement from their side in which they are interacting in abusive languages and also the Executives visiting are always coming and harassing us. We even did not get any of the verification calls from the Ahmedabad to confim the receipt of the insurance. see we are very much harassed so please look down to the same. Thanks
