MY NAME IN DEFAULT LIST

With above mentioned subject I have applied for a personal loan in HDFC Bank but they have rejected my application mentioning you have defaulted in credit card payment, but I have not done any defualt in CREDIT CARD and moreover the credit card alloted in my name are still active and using the same till date below mentioned are my personal details, kindly help in assisting what is due in my account and how it is appearing in CIBIL list.
