Not sending settlement letter and receipt

Dear All,

My credit card No. 4477474121715000

On 22/04 telephonic conversation with credit card Manager (Ambattur Branch) Mr. Magesh (Ph. No. 9176690446) ask me to pay the final setelement payment of Rs.13000/- and he is ready to produce the Final settlement letter. I ask him to produce the settlement letter first and then only i am able to pay. But he is promissed me to send the S.letter on or before 28th Apr'09 and he ask me to give the post dated cheque dt.28/04.I agreed to pay the payment and the collection person Mr. Thomas came to my office and i give the cheque for Rs.13000/- with cheque No.305942 dt.28/04. But still Mr. Magesh not send me any settlement letter and receipt for the amout received (Rs.13000/-). I try to call him from 28th Apr'09 he is not pickup the phone, if somebody pickup the phone, they are not ginving the correct replay. I want my settlement letter as soon as possible and moreover i will not pay any single amount related to my ICICI credit card. I was cheated by him and he will be punished. Kindly do the needful and don't entertine this type of persons in your bank in future. I am verymuch upset and i made 100 times to call him. I want expalanation from him and i want to talk to him.
