Request for cancellation of card 4x006

I have only (one platinum) credit card (now blocked) on my request.. Still I don't know the result of inquiry.

But I receive reminder about another card, a gold card with same details of mine through SMS.

I don't have any such card and so unable to mention card number. If any such card exists plz. cancel the card/cards.
