Not recieving of staement&your emloyee s abuses over phone

Dearsir, i am not recieving any statement from your end since last 8 month.every month your emloyee called over phone in last moment.&they take payment . every month you are charging late fee.when this month, they called me.i asked for statement.they abused me & forcing me to make payment without getting statement. i have talked to my lawyer regarding this incidence.either you settle down my account by wiping out my all late fee which you are charging from last 8month or i will be forced take legal help.please treat this as urgent.
