Without my any approval they send me a dd for rs. 47000/-on 2-6 which was returned to them on the same dayby post dd cancellation req. no. 0061530017781.ihave talked to customer care 100s of time and regularly depositing thier current uses charges. although they have reversed the dd but lodging unnessary interest and other charges on the amount which i have ont utilised . i humbly request you to kindly look into the matter at the earliest possible and oblige.the sbi card persons are regularly threatening me and my childeren when i am not in delhi.and when i say them to contact thier customer care. they refuse to do so even today i got the call i very much harressed by those people and hence unable to do my routine work they mentally torturing me.i shallbe highly obliged if you could intereve in this matter.
