Extra charge and not informed about the statement

Sir i am have first used my credit card and the company have not told the detail of product .secondly their have charge extra and their executive told to reduce the charge but nobody have send me reduced amt .third the are several mean to send the information to customer but they have delayed and not send me statement, know i want to give all principle amt but no charge plz help me
