Kindly see the mail it is self explanatory. Inspite of my pursuing the matter wiyth the bank for more than two weeks I have not got any satisfactory answer.

Can you Please explain me this according to IRCTC THEY HAVE CREDITED THE MONEY INTO MY ACCOUNT AND HAVE GIVEN ALL THE RELEVANT DETAILS IF THAT IS NOT THE CASE PLEASE EXPLAIN.KINDLY PROVIDE ME WITH THE CONTACT OF HEAD CUSTOMERCARE AS WELL AS CREDIT CARD DIVISON AND I WILL BE ESCALTING THE SAME. Same is also being forwarded to IRCTC . PLEASE CORDINATE AND RESOLVE THE ISSUE. THE BANK HAS NOT BEEN ABLE TO GIVE AN ANSWER AS TO WHERE THE MONEY HAS GONE OR EITHER IRCTC LIEING. WOULD YOU LIKE ME TO TAKE THIS ISSUE TO CONSUMER FORUM.
