This refers to the encouragement shown by your college at your

worli branch for Credit Card.

Accordingly i have submitted the document in line with their requirement (Document collected by Mr Subramanium (9920449853) at our Mulund Office on 1st August.

After a continuous follow up at above Telephone No there is no positive responce and status of credit card. Miss Reshma commited that the credit card will be made ready with in 40 Days. But not even she find courtest to ring me back regarding subject matter.

Most of the times the phones has been disconnected and not responding.not picking up the phones.

I have tried my best to talk to your higher authority like

Mr Yazad (Direct Manager Worli Branch) but they prevent me to directly talk to your higher and ignore the same for my further call always.

You are requested to take strict action against such a miss guidance shown by above fellows.
