Harressing my family

I am kashish batra want to lodge a complain against the recovery people sent by citi bank for my credit card payment, on 17 jully 2009 4 people out of which one is Mr. puneet said he is the manager from citi bank, and other Mr. Ashish (sr. manager) and two people were like the bouncer heavy built one, came at my house and me and my dad was not there so they harressed my grand mother and my father's sister regarding the money and said that they ll kill me if i wont pay the money and these days my family financial condition is not well even i am unemployed, and i am really tensed that what should i do to...?

please suggest me something...
