Eceiving calls inspite of making the payments

I am really unsatisfied with the services from CITIBANK.Please take a note of the issues that a bank like yours can even have.

i hold citibank mastercard with the no :5189-3693-9942-6007.the credit limit was lowed own to 11000/- without ant prior information, but still the payment has been made for the billed amount but for sum technical issue it is still not reflecting in the the citibank account, which is not my problem the transaction has been reversred but still not working. My husband has been there for several times to make payment reflect but there is no body to take onus and they just keep sayin it will be done at andheri collections center.

kindly look into the matter and i don want to receive any calls from your side even the payment does or does not reflect..pls don harass us for the payment that we have already done, we can easily not make the payment n escape which we don choose to do.if there is a co operation from our side that even after making the payment we still have to receive calls asking to make the payment and have to go there physicall at the collection center in andheri is not acceptable.

kindly look into the same and take some action to not make it wrost.
