Dear Sir,

It is atrocious behavior on the part of credit card fellows in chennai. Bacause I take a car loan from HDFC, somebody from chennai call me and ask sir please take our credit card. One guy come to our footstep begging for PAN card copy. After few days one letter comes saying that this cant be processed. What you guys think. Its ridiculous. Please dont insult people. I am writing this to head office. This is the way people serve is it?
