Bill not received in time & Late payment charges made

I Mr. Umesh Lad having Credit Card No.4477460365616004 was suprised to have received my bill today on 26/7 by sigma coyrier & cargo in the afternoon followed by a call from the call center.

with due date payment as immediate & that I have been charged with late payment charges.

I have not received the July bill till date & on receiving such bill my credential have been harmed

I am making the payment along with the late payment charges & droping the same at u r drop box at Shop at Shantiniketan, opp. University campus kalina, tommorrow itself.

I would request that the late payment charges along with the service Tax & interest charges have to be credited in my next bill

If the company have any reason to hold the same I shall request you to cancel my Credit Card No. 447746035616004 & my add on Credit Card no. 4477470272284101 of my spouse Meena U. Lad

immediately on receiving all u r payment. I shall wait for my next bill & shall not use the card from today till the credit of the late payment is given on my next bill

Hope u shall consideser the same Since since I had not received the Bill I could not make the payment in time
