Dear sir/madam,

I Subha Pradeep, w/o Pradeep Kumar Kartha wish to bring to your notice the following facts for your kind attention and necessary action. Of late I have been receiving unsolicited telephone calls from a person (telephone number 04843983251) who claims to be a manager at SBI. He refuses to disclose his name but keeps talking about clearing an outstanding against a credit card from SBI. When I tried to convey that I did not know details about such a card, as I did not poses one he started using abusive language and even made immoral suggestions. On verifying further I find that my husband had possessed a credit card from SBI (card no: 0004006676017148159) but am not aware of any transactions under the same or further details. My husband is currently out of station and I am not in a position to communicate with him. I have tried to convey this detail to the caller and also the fact that I cannot be held responsible for the outstanding position in his credit card if any. However the caller refuses to listen and continues to use abusive language. He has been trying to call me and other members of my family several times in the past few days and that too at odd hours of the day. I find this extremely harassing and intimidating and wish to inform you that it is putting me and my family under a lot of stress and strain. In light of the facts mentioned above I request you to use your good offices to take necessary action to put a stop to such actions from the caller. Please note if this harassment continues further I will have no other option but to approach the concerned authorities to redress my grievance. I will highly appreciate an acknowledgement from you side and a positive response to help stop this harassment.
