Credit Card
Not giving proper information

Respected sir,

I, mr. B.Ravindran had citi bank credit card, (# 5203860116230013) which had some out standing, that was later converted to EMI for which i gave DEUTCHE BANK post dated cheques for ecs, but they did not present for ecs clearing which is not my fault, i tried calling customer care it says the card is closed hence we cannot proceed, even they did not call me for the payment collection, please let know the ecs date for further transactions.
