Respected sir,
i had ABN AMRO credit card (#5239504001580979) had balance of 67000 after discussing with the bank they gave us 43000 settlement letter in writing, then we approched sbi where they gave us 62000 of DD as balance transfer against abn amro cr card, later we gave that DD to abn amro thinking that they will transfer the bal amount to our abn amro savings account as per the collection executive spoke to us, now the bank is not ready to refund the bal amount which is rs19000, kindly give us a good suggetion.
