Credit card return

Hi,

I have applied for home loan and the banker saying that there is a control number on your name.

Control Number:- 39.94.37.997

I am having only 2 credit cards and using them promptly and maintaining proper repayment.

Apart from them i don't have any other credit cards and i don't have any credit card returns.

Can you please clarify about the control number and rectify this.
