Closure lette

Respected Sir,

I had two of your credit cards : 4384 5999 0875 9656 dated 12-08 and 5548 3700 0884 6128 dated 03-01, the above credit cards have been cancelled and not in any use for the past 5 to 6 years. There are no overddue with regard to both the cards.

As I had applied for a home loan, I have been asked the closure letter for the same, kindly issue me a closure letter for both the above mentioned cards at the earliest, I would pay the necessary charges.

Kindly treat this matter very urgent.
